Steven Mills (USPS Product Management – Mailing Solutions Principal Product Management Specialist @USPS)
I have worked for nearly 20 years at the Postal Service in several functions mainly focused on product and marketing. Some of my early work involved streamlining Business Reply Mail and developing the earliest form of Share Mail using scanning and payment technology. My positions as Manager, Retail Marketing and Operations shifted my focus to improving the in-store Post Office experience. Now I am working in Product Management. As an industry partner, our team works to improve the commercial customer experience and drive new uses for marketing mail through product enhancements, market tests, and incentive programs.
Verdonna Hudson (Principal Product Management Specialist @USPS)
Verdonna Hudson is a Principal Product Management Specialist for the United States Postal Service. In her current role she works with Mailing Services, specifically First Class Mail, Marketing Mail flats, Marketing Mail Parcels, Bound Printed Matter Flats, Customized Market Mail, Repositional Notes, Franked Mail and Free Matter for the Blind and other Physically Handicapped Persons and Informed Delivery.
